These Terms and Conditions are subject to revision without notice. The Client must read and understand these terms before entering into a Commission Agreement with the Artist.
Once the Client enters into a Commission Agreement with the Artist, it is assumed the Client has agreed to all Terms and Conditions.

Type of commission
The client is paying for a digital artwork and no physical items will be sent. The client gets a full resolution png copy of the illustration. The illustration will be a stylized piece art, which means that it is how the artist envisions it.

Process
All characters must have a visual reference and the artist will need a detailed description of what is wanted. Small revisions may be allowed. Large revisions will be subject to additional charges.
It is expected that the client saves the finished artwork as the artist may not have the prevailing files in the future.

Duration
The artist may take anywhere from a week to 6 months to complete the commission. The client may ask for updates but continuous messaging will be considered harassment and the client will be refunded accordingly, blocked and blacklisted.

Payment
Full payment is to be sent upfront when the artist has given the okay to do so.
Payment is to be sent via Paypal in Euros €.

Refunding
The artist will do no refunds if the artwork has been finished. Amount of the refund depends on the progress done on the illustration. Duration of refund should not take more than 2 weeks unless there is an emergency, in which the client will be notified.
The client is eligible for refund if any of these conditions are met:

★The artwork hasn't been completed within 6 months.
☆The customer requests refund before or during sketching phase.
★The commission has been declined or scrapped by the artist.

Disclaimers
-The artist has the right to decline any commission without reason.
-The finished commission [artwork] is for personal use only.
-The artist retains the right to the final artwork and its processes, which means that the artist can share it online on social media services and portfolio.
-A scrapped artwork and its processes may be used for further illustrations including commissions as long as they don't bear resemblance to copyrighted content, ex; a character.
-The artist will not accept commission requests from any company, without a written and signed agreement.
-Artwork made by the artist may not be sold or used by any third parties.
-Artwork made by the artist may not be used in any blockchain-related technology; to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
